The AchieveAbility Steering Group meets every three months and consists of 12 members, 3 observers and is chaired by Dr Maud Tyler Deputy Vice Chancellor for the University of Westminster.
The Steering Group composed of senior managers and specialist staff from participating organisations, together with invited external specialists. Its role is to monitor and evaluate project progress and financial expenditure as set out in the terms of reference, to provide strategic advice and direction to the Project Management Group; and generally to satisfy the University on the well-being of the project.
