James Cowles

My name is James I am currently in the second year of study at Brunel university for degree in mechanical engineering. Through out my education I had many problems, from not being able to read fast enough to having illegible handwriting. Luckily for me my mother suspected I was dyslexic and I was tested shortly before I had my GCSE’s. I then found out I have Dyspraxia. The support I received from then on was in the form of the use of a laptop in exams and the extra time I was allotted helped me enormously, and I have not doubt with out it I would not be in the position I am in now.
