AchieveAbility is a Social Enterprise Not for Profit Company. Achieveability started life as an AimHigher National Project based at the University of Westminster as from 2004-6. Now no longer based at the University of Westminster the Network continues to collaborate with Westminster through the Links into Languages Pan London Project by capacity building on Inclusive work for SpLD learners. The Network has grown to include many collaborating institutions and the practice has been shared and is now based across sector.
The following vision has been developed by AchieveAbility Board members.
AchieveAbility exists to promote accessible and inclusive education for people who experience specific learning difficulties. We enable people to reach their potential to capture their contribution.
AchieveAbility will work towards: Changing practice, increasing understanding of how people learn, the development of a more inclusive environment, the promotion of exciting educational opportunities.
AchieveAbility is a social enterprise organisation built on collaboration by working in partnership through project development and research opportunities.

To this end the AchieveAbility National Network, has a strong commitment to embracing diversity and promoting equality within the working and learning environment based on mutual respect and dignity for all colleagues and learners.
Aim:
To plan and deliver accessible and inclusive education and training within the London and wider community in partnership with other like minded organisations.
To provide opportunity for workplace learning and skills development
Specifc Objectives:
To build upon partnership and collaborative work to provide inclusive education through action based research
To share and disseminate good practice
To inform policy formulation for inclusive education
To undertake collaborative research for the learning environment
Areas for delivery:
• Flexible project delivery at different learning levels
• Vocational learning that is underpinned by progression planning
• Working with the hardest to reach groups- (LAC, PRUs)
• Research for Inclusive education
• Supporting the older learner for entry to FE and HE
• Signposting course provision- IAG
• Developing curriculum that is inclusive and accessible
• Providing staff development sessions- admissions and retention
